Web copy for an eHealth middleware
Pryv develops a back-end software that helps hospitals, insurance companies and medtech businesses manage their customer data while meeting data privacy regulations. In the lead up to an important presentation, the eHealth company was interested in updating their website in order to raise awareness of their software solution, improve the quality of their leads and answer questions that key opinion leaders would have about their technology. The website with English copy already existed, however, they wanted to simplify the descriptions, improve SEO and create a homepage that spoke to their ideal customer.
Working together with a UX/visual designer and a WordPress developer, SO Many Words created copy for Pryv's new homepage, company story, product page and case studies in a complete redesign of their existing website. The project included close collaboration with the designer to ensure the copy fit the design. The copy was rewritten based on the customer's wishes and based on exercises they conducted to determine Pryv's brand identity. A new voice was created and the copy speaks directly to the desired target customer. Additionally, the language was simplified to make the product's unique selling points and business applications easier to understand. The website was completely redesigned and launched within a short timeframe and on time for the client's presentation.
