The process

  • 1. Consultation

    During our first contact, after we’ve gotten to know each other a little bit, you will tell SO Many Words about your project and what you have in mind. I’ll let you know how we can best support you with website copywriting and a quote will be on the way.

  • 2. Strategy

    I like to start projects with a short strategy session where we discuss the website goals in more detail. This includes any conversion or SEO KPIs you have set for your website. We’ll also discuss your target audience and how you’d like to communicate with them.

  • 3. First version & feedback

    Now your website copy is in good hands. SO Many Words will write your website content using SEO best practices, sound grammar and your company’s unique voice. I’ll send the content to you in English as a Word or Google Doc and you have the opportunity to review the new website content.

  • 4. Finalize copy

    After receiving your feedback and comments, I’ll finalize the website text and send you a clean version of the file. If we’ve agreed on this earlier, you can share any relevant data and analytics after the new website content has been live and I will make adjustments to help meet your goals.

  • *Language partners*

    Once the English website content has been created and approved, SO Many Words can work with partners who specialize in copywriting in French, German and Italian to translate the text. Your main contact will be SO Many Words, and you can count on me to provide my language partners with a thorough translation brief before they get started.

  • *Design collaboration*

    On one side you have website copywriting. On the other you have website design. SO Many Words can work with your design team to make sure the written content jives harmoniously with the design. Headlines, calls to action and contact forms – effective and stylish.
